Praise: Deep Ellum, a five-block area of downtown Dallas, is filled with tattoo parlors, witchcraft stores, bars and nightclubs. Now it also has Resurrection Center, an Assemblies of God church. "It's a difficult mission field" said Tony Fundaro, the 24-year-old pastor. But there is no place he would rather be. He began evangelizing in Deep Ellum as a student at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Now the church occupies a 7,000-square-foot warehouse, where about 75 residents, as well as many students, attend services. In addition to street witnessing, members go door-to-door, give music presentations and have group dinners where friends are invited to hear testimonies of salvation.
