I. The Wonders of the Celestial Testimony (vv. 1-6)

   A. The heavens tell of God’s glory (v. 1).

   B. The expanse tell of God’s creation (v. 1).

   C. The days and nights tell of God’s order (vv. 2-6).

II. The Wonders of the Heavenly Testimony (vv. 7-11)

   A. What God’s law is.

        1. Perfect and sure (v. 7).

        2. Right and sure (v.8).

        3. Clean, true, and righteous (v. 9).

        4. Better than gold and sweeter than honey (v. 10).

   B. What God’s law does.

        1. Restores the soul (v. 7).

        2. Makes the simple wise (v. 7).

        3. Rejoices the heart and enlightens the eyes (v. 8).

        4. Endures forever (v. 9).

        5. Warns and rewards the servant (v. 11).

III. The Wonders of the Earthly Testimony (vv. 12-14)

   A. The servant sees his faults (v. 12).

   B. The servant desires no sins (v. 13).

   C. The servant pleases his God (v. 14).
